At Enhance Cosmetic, we want you to know what to expect when your order is delivered. Please review the delivery information below before placing your order.

Delivery timeframes

Islandwide delivery takes 2–3 working days from the date your order is placed.

Deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays. Please allow for these days when planning your order.

Delivery charges

We charge a fixed delivery fee of LKR 450 per order for islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available. If you select this payment method, please have the amount payable ready when your order arrives.

Your delivery details

Please provide a complete delivery address and a contact number where you can be reached. Our delivery agent will contact you before delivery, so please ensure that your phone is accessible.

If you notice an error in your delivery details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the delivery timeframe above, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it. If you have received a delivery update from the delivery agent, please include those details as well.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant. Please keep the items and packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
